Poster Presentations at the 2-Day Hands-on Patch Test Training

Submission Deadline:

• November 19, 2026: After this date/time, the submission site will close automatically and no further submissions will be accepted.

Abstract Specifications:

• Length: Maximum 250 words. Structured abstracts required for original research projects. Non-structured abstracts are accepted for case reports. The 250-word limit applies only to the abstract body and not references. There is no word limit for posters

Submission Requirements:

• Include: Your PGY Year and Program in the body of the submission.
• Format: Standard formatting is required including title, authors, affiliations including addresses, summary, introduction, methods, results, conclusions, and references, as applicable.
• Previously Published Material: Do not submit material that has already been published. Submissions accepted for publication but not yet published are allowed.
• Presentation History: Do not submit abstracts that have been presented at other scientific meetings.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Educational Value: Abstracts are graded on educational value and the significance of the investigative work. Priority will be given to submissions that are deemed valuable educational contributions that are related to inflammatory skin disease.
• Conflicts of interest: Please add a disclosure of all potential conflicts of interest for all authors.
• Commercialism: As possible, avoid trade names in referencing drugs, devices, and instrumentation. Use scientific names and indicate the manufacturer. Please disclose if non-FDA approved medicines are used.
• Acknowledgment: If funded by a commercial enterprise, include a clear acknowledgment of the support.

Notification:

• Decision: Primary Authors will be notified via email around early December.
